About Us

About Country Club Manor on Trout Lake
Country Club Manor is a resident owned co-op that has earned the reputation of being the “The Most Beautiful and Friendly Senior Community in Central Florida.” It’s winding, tree-lined streets create an atmosphere of serene and luxurious living. The spacious Clubhouse on the shores of sparkling Trout Lake is the site of many and varied activities which make Country Club Manor more of a lifestyle than just an address. Our location makes us convenient to many local amenities including shopping, restaurants, healthcare, historic Downtown Eustis, world famous Mount Dora, Trout Lake Nature Center and more.
Our History
Development of Country Club Manor started in the early 1970’s as a rental park connected to a golf course. The golf course is long gone (now a Winn Dixie) but the Park has continued to thrive, eventually expanding to 299 home sites. In 1993, a group of  visionary residents realized the value and uniqueness of CCM and were successful in converting it into a resident owned (co-operative) community where the residents would have control over their own destiny. With the tireless efforts of the many CCM residents, this effort has been extremely successful as CCM has continued to improve over the  years.
CCM Facilities

CCM is located on 47 acres along the shore of beautiful Trout Lake and is bordered by the Trout Lake Nature Center to the East. The Park is blessed with over two miles of lake and canals shoreline. Activities are centered around our 8,250 square foot Clubhouse and include bingo, shuffleboard, bocce ball, horseshoes, dances, dinners, movies, kereoke, exercise room, lending library and a heated saline pool overlooking the lake. Boat docks are available along the Clubhouse seawall.

CCM is also close to grocery stores, drug stores and restaurants and is only 1 1/2 mile from historic downtown Eustis and 7 miles from the famous resort town of Mt. Dora. It is also convenient to the Orlando and Sanford airports.

Brian has been a mainstay with the community for the better part of the last ten years. He is a Lake County native and knows his way around the Eustis area better than most. You will find him hard at work on the common grounds to keep the park looking great.
